Error when using XoopsInfo and eXtgallery togheter

I installed xoopsinfo on my local server and it works just fine. After that i installed eXtgallery and the following error appears, no mather what i do:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare adminmenu() (previously declared in .../modules/extgallery/admin/function.php:3) in .../modules/xoopsinfo/include/functions.php on line 96

When i disable xoopsinfo eXtgallery works fine and if i disable eXtgallery xoopsinfo works fine. Is this a bug in one of the two?

How to remove the space before a forums title in cbb 3.08? I searched but can't find it.

I want to install another version of XOOPS on one of my subdomains. When i upload XOOPS folders get permission 765 and files 664. Is this save or is it saver to change the folders to 755 and files to 644?

Also my host has register_globals and safe_mode set to on. I use XOOPS now nearly five years and it always worked without any problems. Does XOOPS need these setting to be off?

When i install CBB 3.0.8 all i get after clicking the Install button is a white page. On the user side, when i click the forum button there's also a blank page!
