ok, I;ve done that. The site is now open but theme is all screwed up, how can I change it? I can't get into admin.

can't login after 2.2!

Before I upgraded to 2.2, I turned on debugphp and turned off the site. The upgrade went fine but after pressing the submit button it took me to the login screen and a message saying:

The site is currently closed to upgrade software. Please come back very soon

(my site off message).

When I then tried to use my login details it says:

'Incorrect Login!
None

If the page does not automatically reload, please click here

Can anyone help me get in or tell me how I can create another admin account without having to use the XOOPS control panel.

I really need help on this!

I have tried and each time it screws up the theme whenever I try to alter anything. Thats why I'm hoping someone can help me.

Ive just started a new 80s site iluvthe80s.co.uk and really need someone to edit my theme so I can use my background image i've had created especially. I have tried to do this myself but ended up screwing up the site for good.

The images I want putting in the background are:

and the logo is
