My freind has a e107 CMS site and has a theme that we want ported to XOOPS cuse he wants to move to XOOPS and we really like the theme here is what it looks like

How would i go about of makeing a custom page in the XOOPS like i edit the template and add a linf to staff thay clikc on the link it opens a page inside of the XOOPS themes so i guess like a module

Either make a new block in the templates or go to the theme and make a table than do file include
