happy with valvehosting

Just wanted to praise my host

1 year and going on www.valvehosting.com
good and quick support, very helpful with XOOPS related problems and always ready to help.

I started with the cheapest pack 4.95 per month and have grown into a 1.5GB space pack with 40GB bandwith for only 12.95

Thats easy.. Marcan has made a beautifull module ML multi Language that arranges this. When you have that up and running you can write coded text in all your sections that automatically display the content depending on the users selected language.

For example, <JP>this is the japanese text</> <fr> this is the same page but the French part</fr> <EN> this is again the same block for the same page but in english</en>

Then when the users selects french he will only see the french bits not the rest and so on for each language!

wrapping it all in

Dear xoopers.

I have asked before and will ask again,

www.japanese2day.com is a NPO website with a free dictionary sponsored by Monash University. Now currently when you click on our dictionary links, which you find here www.japanese2day.com you go here

as you can see its on our server but its not wrapped into xoops, could someone please advise or help me how to make this happen, as we have over 3000 people using the dictionary with a direct link and not seeing the other options we offer for free/

Actualy what I mean is that when people click on any of the links from my dictionary that it will be displayed inside of xoops. I am not sure how to say it, pretty much in the location where you are reading this reply right now, integrated in xoops.

No big problem,

Just go to phpmymyadmin and find the table where the theme is selected and change it to default or any that you know work.

This should work! Or make a copy of the default theme and rename to the one currently selected, then you can get back in and fix it up

PLEASE HELP

On www.japanese2day.com we run a dictionary as you can see in the middle section top. However when you click on these links they go to a page on our server but not in the XOOPS thingy.

How can I make this section work INSIDE of xoops..

We have been hosted by www.valvehosting.com its great and the support is awesome!

The guys at valve have been working with me to get this website just right as we needed some ssh access to have our japanese dictionary working. I pay 4.95 per month and get way to much bandwith and features for that!
