xoops integraded function in admin ---->system---->send e-mail to registered users doesnt working....it s not godd

2.0.9 version of XOOPS i use
i have 7000 registered user and i can send users to all of them just to 100 users,
it is possible to instale some module which whil send e.mail to all users

when i go in admin to send all active users e-mail it doesnt send, hes send 100emails, and when i click next nothing, just 100-emails, nothin elese, i have 7000 registered users, how can i send emails to users throught XOOPS thanks
