Hi Solo,

If I want to give users access to the koivi editor what do I have to change?

I removed all // for the wysiwyg settings is mycontent.php but that leads to a blank page.

Hi Samuels,

First, thank you for this great editor. I used to use spaw but this one is more what I need. (at least now I can say goodbey to IE!)

I have one question: Where can I change the default font and fontsize?

Hi,

I have problems with sending emails to users.
I have setup the smtpauth settings correctly but when I sent a message to a user I get the following error:

Errors
SMTP Error: Could not authenticate
Could not send mail to fred.

I also tried to change the xoopsmultimailer.php setting from User to Username but without success.

I understand from the postings in this forum that more people are having this problem but no solution was found / given.

It seems that I cannot use the php(mail) or sendmail fuction and therefore smtpauth is important to me.

With phpbb2 I can sent (smtpauth) mail so it must be a setting in a XOOPS php.

Hi,

I installed the module and it works OK here.

Now I have Newbb 2.0 with htmlarea editor!

Also new news items posted through the main block are using the htmlarea editor. Only when I edit the already created messsasge htmlarea is not working.

Hi,

I found the solution:

Line 180 of newbb_new.php (in /modules/newbb/blocks

I changed

$topic['time'] .= " ".$topic['jump_post'];

into

// $topic['time'] .= " ".$topic['jump_post'];

Thanks for the file, but it doesn't work for me.
I created a cache dir (0777)in the uploads dir but I only see the following in the avatar manager:

Avatar Manager
System Avatars (18 images) [List]
Custom Avatars (2 images) [List]

No possibility to select the avatars in the cache dir!

Am I doing something wrong?
