You should NOT need to add any line to common.php. This info was for an old version and it should be removed.

So there is something wrong with your configuration or your theme. Test it with the standard xSwatch4 theme that comes with XOOPS 2.5.11

Also, did you try to uninstall and reinstall it?

Same result. It shows the language tags, but I still can't find the line to put in common.php:

Easy to use
-----------
1 All you need do is to insert ONLY ONE LINE into common.php and install "xlanguage"

and

2 xLanguage does NOT work without adding one line to XOOPS/include/common.php (see guide below)

but there is no guide and no instruction what that line is?

I used to know, but I have not used xlanguage for a few years and forgot, so please remind me, and please add it to the Read me file :)

Try the 3.1.4 Beta2 version from my Github and see if it makes a difference.

Hi, that was my mistake. I forgot to add another language
But I still can't make it work.
That line to put in common.php is nowhere to be found, so what is it and where to put it?

XOOPS Version XOOPS 2.5.11-Stable
PHP Version 8.1.28

We need more details:

* XOOPS version
* PHP version.
* xLanguage version
* what languages
* what did you change in the installation, right before it stopped working
* any errors?
* any notices in the browser's "Inspect" window?

Hi, I have a similar problem. Xlanguage will not show other than english in the dropdown box when trying to set another base language.

We really need to move to Bootstrap 5 in the backend, and the work initiated by Nicolas and with contributions from you, Leo, and others, will get us there, so THANK YOU to you all for doing it!

These updates are valid in "cpadmin" made by ForMusS. The reason is that "cpadmin" supports bootstrap 4 and I adapted "moduleadmin.php" for bootstrap 4.
