RandomQuote 2.2 Alpha for XOOPS 2.5.9 and PHP 7.2

Work started on RandomQuote 2.2, incl. namaspaces and adding Category for each quote.

This module has been updated for XOOPS 2.5.9 and PHP 7.2

FORK/DOWNLOAD: https://github.com/mambax7/randomquote
You can import test data to see how it works. Only the Random Quote block has been tested.
