Please help with any modification that will display the ad or content after the first post (when someone posts a topic).

thx for Your help.

I have a problem with thumbnail images on forum. In settings I have a maximum width and height of 600px, When I upload a photo with a width of 800px error appears that is too wide.

Why does not upload this photo and does not create its thumbnail?

You will not have fun in Gimp and reduced the photos to upload them to your post ....
