Good morning!

I would like to add to my new community site a module like "twitter", do you know a microblogging module for XOOPS? if so, can you give me the link to download? thank you in advance.

This reminds me of the Smallworld module, but it is still in the testing phase.
I encounter bugs in the latest version (1.15 RC 20). I've contacted the developer of the module to tell him.

Twitter limits message length to 150 characters or so, plus allows comments. Whereas Smallworld is certainly capable of publishing posts less than or equal to 150, it can also go way beyond this limit, with comments.

If the Smallworld mastermind adds a post length limitation setting in the prefs, then the site admin could deploy this as a microblog that will not allow users to exceed a set number of characters in the post.
