my newbb is working perfectly on the live server , but when i am trying to use it with the same DB on test server , i can view forums and categories but when it comes to topics , can't be displayed

My SQL : 5.6.11
Server : IIS 7.5 on windows server 2008 R2

Are you sure all permissions are set? I experienced setting permissions right can be a pain in the ass after moving newbb as there are many of them!
