XOOPS Taiwan had a full application for school management, incl. classes, etc. but it is in Chinese. It was called X-Base, if I remember correctly.

I own a language school and I've done extensive searches for this. Unfortunately anything available on the internet is crap and won't work for a language school or private teacher.

As for putting code into a blank module try DUMMY by Trabis, it's excellent.

Mamba, I tried finding that on their website but I could only find a couple of mentions in their forums.

Can you contact someone there and try to get a copy. I would be willing to translate it to try it out (using Google translate)

If you do get a copy of this I would be interested in looking into it..

I can see some advantages of adding features to a new xRoster program to potentially support such features. Maybe combining the two modules into one much nicer one depending on the complexity of this module.

I am trying to visualize how this pertains to teaching.

xoobaru.... think gradebook. Need a private page where each user can see their grades without anyone else being able to view them.
