This is one error, blocks displaying links instead pictures

and in the admin control panel I missed the navigation tabs

User Menu: Not cached
Login: Not cached
Main Menu: Not cached
Custom Block (HTML): Not cached
Custom Block (HTML): Not cached
Custom Block (HTML): Not cached

I think that you need to change the Control Panel GUI first
