Hi guys,

In 2.5.4 as well as in prev versions there is an issue with template encoding when editing via template manager if you use non-english characters. They all get unreadable. Also sometime ( I suppose when I have / * non-english characters * / in style sheets) I get somethings like this / * / * / * / * / * or some similar symbols copied hundreds of times composing a huge bulk of those symbols that my style.css size gets to 1 Mb or even higher. When this happens I have to edit it via total commander.

PS heh also when I tried to preview the message above it said Protector detected some attacking actions and after I clicked again it said I was banend. Holy moly. Hope this will still get submitted.
