Just an idea, not important as always
A lot of modules have the same feature : Rate it !
Always with this warnings :

• Please do not vote for the same resource more than once
• The scale is 1 - 10 with 1 being poor and 10 being excellent
• Please be objective, if everyone receive a 1 or a 10, the ratings aren't very useful
• Do not vote for your own resource.
Sometimes these warnings are not suitable (eg : for Oledrion, "Do not vote for your own resource").
I know we can customize messages by editing templates, module per module. But an easy way would be better I believe.
So, I assume that warnings are in core. Why do not make something like that ?
