Hi guys,

Just updated my local installation (xampp) from 2.3.3 to 2.4.2 using the full package.

Generally, all is well but I have a problem updating "Meta Tags and Footer" preferences. I get this error message:

I can update the "Meta Tags and Footer" if I remove the pre- and post-check code for protector from mainfile.php.

Am I alone?

Yup. You need to remove protector lines in mainfile if you are using protector module that comes with core. XOOPS 2.4 uses preloads to avoid hacking
