| by par14h on 2010/5/27 0:51:20 I just installed 2.4.4 and after the install wizard I was presented with a blank page as the first look of the site I created. As it turns out, there;s some king of glitch in the THeme I was set to (don't remember which one) that resulted in my seeing nothing but whitespace. I appended my address with /admin.php (so the address is http://www.mywebsite.bla/admin.php) and was able to log in because the back end has a differenttheme on it. I was then able to get to preferences and change blocks and themes and fixed the issue. Good Luck. par14h |

| by culex on 2009/11/15 16:13:25 Try to run the installer again and keep an eye out for any error messages showing. It could be a number of things wrong so follow the instructions and if / when something is wrong the install script will let you know. - could be translation error, try using english in installation - check a database name is existing in mysql - check user password to MySQL is correct - check mainfile.php is writable - etc |
