I get following error message while enabling custom template set:

My configuration is as follows:
Windows XP SP3
XAMPP
xoops 2.3.3b
mastop_publish 1.1
I didn't installed any other module. I just installed xoops, than installed mastop_publish, than created a custom template set. Than I tried to make this custom template set as default template set and I got this error message.
