I have checked to forum for an answer and found none and I'm sure this is a simple fix but I don't know where to look. My install 2.3.3 and news module 1.63 works but link colors change for entire site from white/red in existing template to blue/purple for every block not just the news block. Where do I look for a fix. There doesn't seem to be a CSS file in the module unless I just missed it.

Hi.
Look at "\templates\blocks\news_block_top.html".
Can be your themes have some of the css in that file, and it mess up your site.
Deactivate that box and see if it change.
If so, try to edit every and remove all a:link a:hover a:visited.

Or try to edit color.
