Hi, on a brand new 2.3.3 installation the extGallery module 1.0.7, both with extended ( java applet ) and normal interface , won't upload big phots.
They works with som Kb files butfo examlpe not with 2Mb photos.

Evrything else works perfect!

Did you check your settings at php.ini?

i don't think is a php.ini problem.
here some portions:

 memory_limit = 32M 
post_max_size = 64M 
file_uploads = On 
upload_max_filesize = 64M

can you (or someone else) tell me if it works??

The error message java report after the photos should have finished to upload is something like
"i didn't recive string '^SUCCESS$'"
so i think is a module problem :\
