DH-info content in blank

Hi, I have finished install
XOOPS Version - XOOPS 2.3.1
PHP Version - 5.2.6
MySQL Version - 5.0.51b-community-nt-log
Server API Version - apache2handler
OS Version - Linux

And I install the DH-info content modulo.
When I click to "Site Management", notthing was show, just a blank page.

Please help me to solve it.

Upgrade to Version 2.2.1
