Transfer module comments to new module (mid)

I had troubles with the tinycontent module, so i reinstalled it, (also to newer version) and I restored the table.
However the module has an NEW ID (xoops_modules) so the comments aren't visible, i tried to change sql table entry (xoops_modules) the 'mid' to the old one. however the comments still aren't visible. This way the comments are all disabled for that module

What am i missing?
