As the final version finally has arrived, we are hoping to include as many languages as possible to the package, so that it will be comfortable for non-english speaking people to install XOOPS.

Therefore we appeal to XOOPS webmasters world wide to translate the language files in the install folder, core language folder, and language files in the modules: system, pm and profile, which are included.. After translating, please ship (email) the files to Mamba, after testing...

Remember the language files i xoops_lib\modules\protector\language\....

Be sure that all install and upgrades files works in UTF, with your language.
Test upgrade from 2.0.18 ISO encoded to 2.3.1 in UTF - not all language files in the upgradefolder needs to be UTF endoced.

There are also a lot of language files, with the new editors in 2.3.1

If you want to test your own translation, i have a bat-file to test if all files is present.
