Cbb 3.08 error after upgrading to a new host

After shifting the webhost, all is working well except cbb 3.08. The problem is that a new topic can not be created. On trying to create a new topic i get the following error:

clean XOOPS online error: DELETE FROM xoops_bb_online WHERE ( online_uid > 0 AND online_uid NOT IN ( SELECT online_uid FROM xoops_online WHERE online_module =33 ) ) OR ( online_uid = 0 AND online_ip NOT IN ( SELECT online_ip FROM xoops_online WHERE online_module =33 AND online_uid = 0 ) )


Pls help
xoops version: 2.0.18.1
php 5.2.4

Is that error with php-debugging turned on?

If not, what do you see with it turned on?

i get this error with the debug mode on under the cbb 3.08 preferences
