Hello,

I'm having two problems which I couldn't resolve and I would like if there are any solution to them:

1) The images that I uploaded by FTP (batch) or from the web didn't keep the original quality. For example, an
image of 94kb is downloaded as an image of 43kb. I modified the Preferences but there are no changes.



2) The original names of the images uploaded are modified and I need to keep them, with the special characters like "-", "[]" and "ñ".
