Formulaire - what me is QCM???

What is this and what does it do? I'm not sure if I need this checked on my forms or not because I don't know what it is.

It's French. QCM = Questionnaire à Choix Multiples

So if my form has multiple choice options and I want the results visible in email I need to enable these options?
