A full description of the issue:
I seem to have a couple of problems going on here. The first is an error that reflects on my homepage:
Fatal error: Undefined class name 'xoopslocal' in /home/content/t/y/l/tylerabyrd/html/neighborhood/modules/wordpress/include/xoops-wp.php on line 113
The second problem I am having is I have can not see the modules I am installing in the admin section. The button is there but when I click on the button I get nothing but “the” Blank Page. So far this issue is primarily with the CBB Forums and Wordpress.
"If I am missing something here please post what needs to be clarified so I can. Thank you!"
