tinyeditor doesnt retrieve/save text

I am running XOOPS 2.0.13.1 with News 1.56. I managed to implement tinyeditor 1.0 into the news module but when trying to edit news it doesnt retrieve the text. Also when trying to write a new article no text is saved. Only the topic is retrieved/saved. Preview doesnt work either.

Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

Can you recommend some other WYSIWYG editor which you know works with my system? I have tried them all but without success. Please refer my to some detail guide like the tinyeditor's help pdf. Thanks again.
