Mario, I am not saying I can help as such, but give us more info, eg.

Xoops version
CBB version
Have you installed Frameworks
xoopseditor package

Now it may not have anything to do with the above, but it makes it easier to see what may be going on.

-CBB: 3.08
-frameworks-art 1.10 ( en root XOOPS )
-editor in root-->class-->xoopseditor --> (dhtmlext,tinymce )
