Need help with user menu

Installed a new theme on my site. I think the theme was design for 2.0.14. I am running 2.0.16. The user menu isn't displaying correctly. Is this something with a core change in Xoops. Here is the output ===|>

I wish I could help you but Themes are not my speciality.
Try http://www.xoopsdesign.com/modules/news/ I bet they can give you the answer.

Sorry but I am not as qualified as they would be. Snow may drop by and catch this

Would you adjust your header here to say Theme - so a theme maker will know to look into it. I'll change mine as an example.
