New Theme Installed, Some Blocks Not Visible

I recently installed some new themes for my XOOPS website, the themes seem to be working except that some blocks are not visible. When I set the theme back to default everything is fine. I did clone the default template (as I read somewhere that I should). I checked that the blocks are visible in the appropriate groups, and the access is correct. Any ideas on why this is happening and how I can get the blocks to show up like the default theme? Thanks!

Are you sure the themes you selected support all the block positions? Some older themes have not been modified for the block positions added with 2.0.14

Well, I downloaded them from the themes library here on xoops, version 2 directory. I am using version 2.0.16. Im still semi-new using xoops, is there a way to tell that all the blocks are supported or a place where I can get the latest themes? Thanks!

Most themes in the Themes Library here are not updated to show the bottom blocks as most of them were added long before XOOPS introduced that in the core.

Can you tell us what is the name of the theme in question?

Well, every theme I have installed in the version 2 directory of the website. Some of the blocks do show up, but not all. Any way to fix this or know of any updated themes I can install that will show the blocks? Thanks again!

Anyone have any ideas or know how I can fix this problem? I mean the default theme isnt bad, but I kinda want to change the theme. It doesnt matter what template I use for the them either. Can't view some of the blocks in either the cloned default template, or If I actually use the default template. I know not everyone uses the default theme, so hopefully someone can help me out or guide me to some themes that work. Thanks all!

As I said in my earlier post, the themes library items where not optimized for the latest XOOPS version, themes that are compatible with latest XOOPS are found in the news section right HERE
