how can u make the blocks visible to unregistered or anonymous users??? because there is no option for the blocks to what user it should be visible...

Hi,
the option you are looking for is in "Groups" settings in admin menu. Go there, select the group you want to edit, make the changes and submit.
Some modules have their own permition administration too.
