hello,
i was making XOOPS portal with charset windows-1257 as default, since its quite popular in my country, but when i tried to add XoopsGallery, it appeared that it has charset UTF-8 as default, and there's no proper way to change it.
Since i like that gallery, and my XOOPS portal is still in development stage, i decided to move it to UTF-8, but i seem to have few problems, like language files, theme file output being displayed with many question marks (instead of nonstandart letters), when switching default XOOPS charset to UTF-8.
Any advice how should i solve this problem?
