Have problem with update xoops....

I have some problem with update XOOPS 2.0.15 to 2.2.3.Exact with User ... when i have 2.0.15, i have many user after update, i have only admin user. What is a problem?

First of all why are you upgrading too 2.2.3, it's not a supported version any more, and won't really be upgradeable until 2.3.

You should consider 2.0.16 which is the latest recommended stable release at the moment.
