Dear All,

I'm currently looking to use screencasts to diseminate my learning regarding a specific piece of software.
I'm gonn abe using the free (& great) Cam Studio which allows me to output the resulting files as .avi or flash, I'm looking for a solution regarding streaming these to my users!
What I'd like it to look like is kind of like YouTube! (no small ask!) where the video are embedded into the page, there's no pop-ups etc (I have to assume a very basic level of knowledge from my users!), simply a press play.

I've looked at VideoBB, I guess might be the best solution, but I'm not sure what the result looks like.

So my questions are:
- What would people recommend for my problem?
- Does anyone have any examples/demos of how the results look?
- Which would be the best file type to use (.avi or flash?)?
