While using both, DON'T check "Yes" in Protector's Preferences "Force intval to variables like id".

If you check yes, all pages of dokuwiki stop to working, except startpage.

I think it's 'cause dokuwiki addresses include "id". (...doku.php?id=lectures:opm...)

I use "userewrite" option of dokuwiki, but still have the problem with Protector's id checking.

yes if it uses an alphanumeric id string for it's 'id' instead of just numeric.. forcing intval will stop it functioning. intval means 'integer value' which is numeric.
