Hello All,

I need to clone the Recent Topics Blocks for CBB 3.08, using XOOPS 2.0.16.

I read the post here, but it was for CBB 1.13. I'm not sure if it applies to the current version, because when I tried it, I got a blank page OR if I did it wrong.

I also read the FAQ about cloning a block, but the example module used was News and the CBB xoops_version.php doesn't follow the same numbering method as the FAQ.

Any help would be appreciated. Or if there is another forum module that allows multiple Recent Topics blocks with different forums, that would be great.

its strange but i cant get it working in cbb 3.0.8
this code should work as a "php script" block:
include_once(XOOPS_ROOT_PATH . '/modules/newbb/blocks/newbb_block.php');
$options ="time|10|365|0|1|0";
b_newbb_show($options);

It doesn't seem to work in 3.06 either.

Is there another forum module that allows duplication of blocks? I need several Recent Topics blocks set for different forums.

You can follow the instructions in the clone block example. Just copy and paste the block that you want and don't worry about its number as they are auto-magically numbered. whatever order you paste it in, that is the order it will show up in the list. Then don't forget to update the module.
