Can 'blocks' be placed on the 'log-in' page? I would like visitors to see a welcome message before signing-in?

I went to my admin>block admin> and it only shows the 'top page' which is the page "after" you log-in.

version 2.0.16

Thanks,
John

Maybe check the SmartBlocks module, if you have php5 installed. I looked at it quickly and it might do what is required.

Sure just create a Custom Block using the Admin--Blocks Page and make the block visible to Anonymous Users only.
