i try follow the instructions to login via phpmyadmin:

so i create one user with dba role but still cant login with the user and pass.
anyone can help about?

After you created the user did you either run flush privileges or restart MySQL so the settings would take effect?

how could i?
it is a shared account.
also it has not cpanel.

i realy dont know what it is. never work on any site without Cpanel before
