My site keep refreshing itself using IE

I used firefox to browse and upgrade XOOPS version to 2.0.15 and install and uninstall some other modules.

After done installing, when I try to access using Internet Explorer, my site KEEP REFRESHING AUTOMATICALLY(BLINKING)! And now I don't know where I went wrong is it my from the XOOPS version upgrading or it is from the modules that I upgraded.

Using firefox it just fine.

I faced similar situation earlier. Its because of your theme.

You might be using lots of divs instead of tables. Please test your theme's html outside XOOPS using IE and FF and then port it to XOOPS theme.

Check in your system module preferences that PHP debug is turned off.

I have a similar problem except that my system goes into a loop whe I try to log out using IE. Using Firefox it just logs out but doesn't go back to the Home page.

Similar when I log in. It seems to have been created around the time I upgraded to 2.0.15 but it may be just coincidence.

Any clues on how to sort this out as my users are getting frustrated and i can't keep blaming IE.
