Frnds i m getting this error can anyone help me out plz


Sorry but either there are no topics or you don't have the rights to post in any topic. If you ar the webmaster, go in the permissions and set the 'Submit' permissions.

Although i have done what it is saying i have set the permissions but still no luck , it wont let me to post anything.

The news module also has its own permisions settings regarding existing categories of articles, are those the persmisions you are talkin' about or the ones regardin groups vs. module access?
