A full description of the issue:

I have installed TinyEditor for XOOPS and followed the installation instructions from the manual up untill the setup of the Toolsets. In the Toolsets admin area I can see the dropdown box with three items:

Webmasters
Registered Users
Anonymous Users

If I select one of these and click the 'Go' button next to the dropdown box the page loads and the XOOPS Admin footer (Powered by XOOPS 2.0.15 © 2001-2005 The XOOPS Project) dissapears with no other content appearing and the above mentioned Debug Notices are displayed.

I then created a new user group and selected it in the dropdown, but only the following message was displayed along with above mentioned debug information:



I have tried the site in both Internet Explorer and Firefox. I have searched both on the XOOPS Support Forums and on Google but to no avail.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Are you still using the original class/form.php file that came with XOOPS 2.0.15?
If so replace it with this one and after this try if you can modify the toolsets in tinyeditor again.
