I want to show only the block under module not the module

I want to show only the block which is under a module.Example:-If I install a mod name donation, it must not show under mainmenu.I only want to show donate now block of the donation module in frontpage.So what step I need to do that.

On the Modules Administration page, set the "Order" of the module to 0. That will prevent the module from being displayed in the main menu.
