Hi! I've been using XOOPS for a while, but mainly I like to do graphics and I am not very good at the technical side things.

I have my site set up and things are *almost* perfect...

There are just a few small tweaks I need help fixing if anyone can help me please. I have been searching and trying different things unsuccessfully :( I havent slept in probably two days, this is driving me insane and I just know its probably simple for some...

1. I want to change the field in user profiles where it says "real name" to say "ID".

2. I am using the catads module for classified ads and I just want to change "City" to also say "ID"

3. When I go to Login using internet explorer there is a blue border around the block that I have no idea where it came from?!? It's not there in firefox, which is what I use, but I just want it gone!

You can just change the language equivalent from the apropiate language files for example to make the field "real name" to apear as "ID" in XOOPS 2.2.4 go to /modules/profile/language/english and open the file named "main.php and find the line define('_PROFILE_MA_REALNAME', 'Real Name');
and change the text marke in red above

I am running XOOPS (2.0.14) and I don't have a module for profiles, so I dont see that file(modules/profile/main.php) there. (I did try a profiles mod but it wasn't what I thought it was)

You should have mentioned the version in the first place

Go to your XOOPS 2.1.4 root and from there go to language/english and open the "user.php" file and locate the line "define('_US_REALNAME','Real Name');" and replace the text in red

For the 2nd point in your original post you might try the same thing and search the language files of the module for the field that is equivalent to your desired change,

For the 3rd point regarding the blue border, you need to specify the theme you are using
