i just can't find the setting that let me choose the MIME Types...the site is: http://www.haipeforum.com What should I do?

The XOOPS if i'm right is 2.0.13. Thia problem i have it when somebody is trying to upload theyr avatar. They get this error. What is strange is that this wasn't happening before.

Is the file extension .jpg in lowercase?

Xoops 2.0.13 and 2.0.14 should allow this filetype:
