I cannot upload image files to my home page

Hi,

This was working fine until recently. Now when I add images using image manager it will only upload to the test page.

When I log out, the actual home page does not show the relevant changes. I can only take images off the actual home page, and not add to them.

I'm sure there is a simple solution.
