im using the 4thefort theme

basically im using the 4thefort theme and i want to remove the bottom panel where it has the area for the url 4thefort but that site is down so what i want it to do is have a basic link to a terms of service on my site anyone know where to edit this i tried the theme.html file but to no luck even tho it showed hte link in that file....

make sure you turn ( Update module template .html files from themes/your theme/templates directory? ) to yes

this can be found in your Preferences Main »» General Settings

it will alow you so see the changes you made.

be sure to turn it off after your done.
and back up ALL your files.

it should have worked by deleting that line in the theme.html file... I bet you didn't emptyed the "templates_c" directory after the change was done
