i installed the newest xoops, modiles etc and everything seems to work, but it takes forever for anything (outside of the admin area) to load.. i am new to all this so any help will be appreciated!!

Site Not Work-safe!

Please do not visit the site if you're at work... or other "sensitive" environments....

Please visit the documents link on the left hand side, and the FAQ - and look up Caching... careful useage of Caching will improve the speed of your site.
