Is it possible to make the "rate this link" and post comment on the page?

I dont want people to have to click 3 times to rate a link and then click 2 times to make a comment. It'd be nice for a comment box on the bottom of each article/link/whatever, also if we had drop down ratings and then could just drop down the box and click "rate" to rate the link, that would be nice :)
