Cant Log In to Site *Please Help*

I was making some configuration changes and like an idiot Id set the option to not allow log on option to show for guests. (see where this is going?) so I got knocked offline finally got back on after my ISP decided to start working again, but was logged out and now I dont have the option to log back on to my site!!! Please tell me how to get past this I dont want to have to rebuild! Thank you VERY much for any help!

Go to http://www.yoursite.com/user.php and logon from there. Repacing yoursite.com with your domain of course.
